Arrowhead Intermodal Services, LLC (AIS) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of M & M Transport, Inc’s assets in the Kansas City area. The assets consist of various intermodal equipment that will now be utilized at the AIS depot in Kansas City and Edgerton. The deal also secures employment of 15 members of staff.
President & CEO, Josh Cooley, said: “We are extremely pleased that we have secured the assets of M & M Transport as it will help to continue to propel growth for our Kansas City depot.”
Cooley added: ”We are very happy to ensure that 15 people have remained in employment in our local area. I am confident that their contribution to AIS will enhance our service to our growing numbers of customers.”
The AIS deal to acquire the assets from M & M Transport was completed on November 13th, 2017.
